What we collect

When you open the guest planner, we collect your name and email address and record that you entered as a guest. Your Airbnb confirmation code is used for the entry form only; we do not store it or verify it with Airbnb.

Newsletters are your choice

Using the planner does not automatically subscribe you. If you choose to sign up, we record your permission and its date. We use that permission to send property news, discounts, and newsletter offers.

Where your information goes

Your contact information is collected for the property owner, stored with Cloudflare, and is not displayed publicly. We use it for the guest visit or newsletter you requested. This site has no advertising trackers and does not sell your information.

Your browser

After you enter your details, this browser remembers planner access so you can return without filling out the form again. The access marker has no set expiry and contains no name, email, or booking code. Clearing this website’s browser data removes remembered access; private browsing or browser storage limits may also remove it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To ask about or request deletion of your guest information, contact the property owner through your Airbnb reservation.
